Posting a new Support Ticket

  • When creating the ticket - please indicate the time of the incident, the machine(s) involved, a slot number if it involves a product, the type of ticket (incident, request, question) and the priority

  • Please outline whatever steps are needed to replicate the issue and where possible include video or images to help clarify the issue.

  • If any conversation needs to happen in Slack then please start the thread with the relevant ticket number and title so that there is a central place to refer back to for updates

We are using Freshdesk to power our support platform and there are native apps available for both IOS and Android and would be a worthwhile install for anyone who is going to be posting tickets from their phone
