If you are a client that has a shared support slack channel with the SMRT1 Customer support team then the following guidelines should be reviewed before posting in the channel.
The shared #client-support slack channel is used for 2 main purposes
1.) For SMRT1 to make client specific support related announcements and updates for discussion or review eg. A machine has stopped responding and may need attention, a new piece of hardware has been installed, something needs to be tested, a new software deployment has been completed
2.) For further conversation or questions around issues already reported through the ticket system - please quote the ticket number in the thread title so that we can keep the conversations together
