In the human brain, the Medulla deals with the autonomic functions of breathing, heart rate and blood pressure as well as the sleep wake cycle
In SMRT1's technology we use this to describe our software stack that powers the machine, connects to the cloud and provides the user interface displayed on the touchscreen.
Frontend user interface software
- Displaying the primary user interface on the touchscreen using the theme built with the cloud theme builder application
- Displaying an admin user service calls interface to guide the field agent through what to restock in the machine
Back-end software
- Communicates with the vending machine and our custom hardware to manage user inputs and dispense actions from customers
- Price changing on machine product slots
- Analytics reporting to cloud software for display as charts
- Security & Status monitoring and reporting
