- The usb connection between the pc and the device has been disconnected. Check the usb line.

responsive: false
- The device has failed to respond to a test command. This should be consistent with all commands returning
err: "timeout"

Reboot the device (unplug and plug back in the power connection). This should reset the connection, if not:

You can get to this screen by clicking 'run app', then pressing FUNC twice on this screen:
Make sure to select 'USB SER'. This is a commonly missed installation step.
If
connected_to_host: false
Check the LAN cable
Check that Ethernet is on: In the Supervisor menu. Select “Administration”, “Network” and “Ethernet”. Confirm Ethernet is enabled “on” if not please follow the proceeding steps: Highlight “Enabled” and press “OK”
Check firewalls
Common Errors
61316 Missing or bad CA (Certificate Authority) record. Initialisation is required.
This means the device needs to be initialized.
On site, see the getting started guide on setting up Moneris (steps 4 and 5 under Setting Up Device For Use).
Remotely, hit /api/tms-init-moneris/:mid
(where mid is you moneris merchant id number) followed by /api/init-moneris/
v2 dispense non responsive
If /api/v2/dispense/
times out, and no other commands are timing out, it is likely that progress tokens have not been set. Hit /api/set-progress-tokens
to set progress tokens. Hit /api/get-progress-tokens
to check their status.
